Unite Union is Aotearoa’s hospitality union.
The SkyCity Employees Association (SEA-Unite), our SkyCity branch, is the largest union at SkyCity with over 650 members. We even have our own office at the Auckand Casino based on Federal St, come see us at Federal House. Take the lift to Level 3 then we're the first office on the left.
It's a great idea to join SEA-Unite as we have a long history of looking after workers at Sky City. We have delegates and representatives who will be happy to show you the ropes and support you while you work here.
Unions are about working together to make work better for everyone, and every employee in Aotearoa New Zealand has a right to join a union. SEA-Unite is independent from your employer, and independent from the government. We are run by your fellow union members!

Our fees are only 1.2% of gross pay with a minimum of $2.50/week and a maximum of $7.25/week so join now!
Additional Member Benefits
Membership with Unite also gives you automatic insurance coverage for $1,500 for death and dismemberment. This can be increased to $10,000 for just $5 a year. See here for more details.
