TV3's current affairs program The Nation recently did a profile on Unite, looking at the new approach Unite has brought to unions fighting for a better deal for low paid workers.

Unite's planned campaign for increased wages for hospitality workers during next year's Rugby World Cup, outlined by Unite Secretary Matt McCarten in the profile, was also picked up on by 3 News and the NZ Herald.
