114 RBL salaried staff are members of Unite

Unite has sent surveys to store managers and assistant managers so that we can get feedback on widely felt workplace issues. So far, from the feedback we have received, the most common issue amongst salaried staff is non-payment for additional hours worked.

Other issues have included ‘no pay review for 2 years’, ‘no breaks’, and ‘should be easier to get days off when we need them’. This feedback helps determine our approach towards negotiating agreements for salaried staff in the quick service/restaurant industry.

Currently we have 114 salaried RBL staff in Unite. If you have not returned your survey, please send it back soon. If you have not received a survey feel free to contact Unite. We are also reaching out to salaried staff who are not yet members, encouraging them to join.
