Several union members in two Auckland Starbucks stores informed Unite that they had not been paid the After-90 day pay rate despite, in some cases, previously completing the relevant training. Unite followed this up with the company and members quickly received back-dated pay in the following pay week. Other members were made more aware of which stage they were up to in their training and this refocused some managers.
