The following minimum rates are applicable to members of Unite Union, effective from 1st March 2010

Position & Effective pay 1st March 2010

Minimum Crew Rate: $12.75


Crew CCO*: $13.00
* Upon completion of the Crew Certificate of Operations workbook once it has been submitted for processing.


Crew CCO (12 months)**: $13.25
** Upon completion of 12 months service, provided the Crew Certificate of Operations workbook has been submitted for processing, and subject to a performance rating of ‘good’ or better.


Crew Trainer / McCafe Crew Trainer: $13.50


Maintenance Person: $13.50


Shift Assistant: $13.50


Shift Supervisor / McCafe Team Leader (SSC PCAP complete): $15.30


Certified Shift Supervisor (ASMC): $16.32
